About
Hi, I’m Victor.
I’m an environmental steward, visual artist, and writer. My interests include environmental aesthetics, green urbanisms, nature in visual culture, and design and indigeneity. Presently, I study in the MA: Nature–Culture–Sustainability Studies program at the Rhode Island School of Design.
Originally from one of the breadbasket regions of Central California, I am currently based in Providence, RI. I hold a BA in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz. In the past, I’ve worked for various non-profit teams and agencies, including the Environmental Defense Fund de México and Frans Lanting Studio, home to acclaimed wildlife documentarians.
In my free time, I enjoy sewing, hiking, independent films, and art museums.
